Transactional Document Management System
Every organisation relies on transactions between internal departments and external partners, such as customers or suppliers, even globally located offices. tDMS (Transactional Document Management System) helps organisations deliver a more efficient and effective system for managing transaction related documents.
tDMS integrates with existing systems to provide seamless and streamlined business processes ensuring all documents that relate to a transaction, wherever they are generated, are captured, centrally managed and available to users immediately when required, regardless of location.
Document management systems commonly provide storage, versioning, keyword & document text searching together with retrieval capabilities. With the ever-changing financial climate, it is crucial for a business to have a system that can evolve and change with the organization.

Transactional Document Storage Companies are now required to store content for long periods of time for audit and compliance purposes. As a result, the amount of physical storage required is growing astronomically; and as the storage grows so do the costs associated with that storage. High-volume documents are typically customer-facing documents such as bank statements, phone bills, life insurance policies and much more. High-volume documents are typically created in very large batches, from tens of thousands to millions, in each run. Within a typical high-volume document the proportional size of the transactional data is usually much smaller than the size of the composition resources.
Profile/Role Based Permissions Access to documents, document srores, search ability can all be managed by role based permissions. Documents may only be seen internally for example but could be department or management sensitive.
Transactional Based Linking One transaction could have many other transactions associated to it, for example, you select to buy something on the internet, it will create a transaction to the company informing them of the sale, a transaction to your credit card company, one to the warehouse etc, on any of these transactions there could be emails as well as more documents linked to the original transaction, having them linked removes many areas of pain and risk.

Seamless integration capabilities Intenda have recognised the importance of integration capabilities being more important than ever. DMS has been built on our revolutionary Devolution which is an application development platform, this means its based on SOA (Service-Orientated Architecture). Intenda recognised early on that the inherent limitations of non-SOA architecture lacked the ability to rapidly configure and deploy applications, with this we can offer integration to virtually any system |
Process/Approval Based Paperless approvals removes time-consuming pratice of paper documents enforcing an approval process which is consistant and repeatable. |
